hey fellas
wondering where i should go for some snook as im stocking up on shark bait and cant find any
can sumone tell me where i should be fishing and what lures are working best at the moment etc.

try outer harbour breakwater dude, used to get heaps there chasing sts, they should be starting to turn up around now... speaking of which, I gotta go there and get some for myself!!

if uve got a boat run a paravane between north have to semaphore-old way to do it but makes for easy bait scoring

Im hoping to stock up on some aswell!! going to do a bit of trolling off of saint kilda and outer harbour ill let you know how i go

hey ben what lure you getting them on? we tried there last week for abit throwing SPs and afew HBs around for nothing,

sometimes going stationary and berleying up gets the fussier ones IMO

got them on mag minnows, berkely powerbaits and small metals, pretty much the same stuff u use for sts... might have to wait for the water to warm up a bit for a bit of consistency. once I get time, I gotta stock up on them as well

salmon mate best bait heaps around at the moment port river or st kilda breakwater, or down south they are everywhere lures or soft plastics some thing shiny there are some ripper ones out this season always good fun fish light and walk the beaches youl find em but be prepared to follow the fish
dont bleed them if there for bait.
freeze individualy all the best
The snook wont show for another month yet the water is still to cold but when it warms up head down towards marino way and fish the incoming tides best of luck

cheers for the snook info stealthy fish!! yea i got a decent amount of salmon, still can go get more witch i might have too, got my littles spots for them
