Probably not quite time yet, They usually come in around late October.. But you just never know you may strike it lucky, all you need is to be in the right place at the right time.. Happy fishing

Ive found you will get them on baits this time of year but small ones and in summer you get them smashing sp, just wondered if the extra water might have brought on a bit of action

hey guys its still ae bit early yet and they wont be far way if we actualy get some fresh water flowing down there it will go off' there might be the odd fish floating around down therebut with so much bait st and mullet it would be hard to temp them and the seals at the mouth well live bait out there its a waste of time.
I have heard of and seen a few good fish off the southern adelaide beaches in the past 2weeks before the blow but the will b there hot on the heels of the trout schools, wonder if anybody fished the mouth of the onka with the fresh water runnoff could well be worth a try now that the breamwill be heading in.
I fished saltcreek tuesday and scored one keeper 97 cm and heaps of trout.
