TOPIC: Seafood laksa

Seafood laksa 1 year, 7 months ago #109261

The missus is having a girls night with her sister and because she has kinda gone off seafood a bit lately I was actually looking forward to a quiet night (as quiet as a night can be with 2 toddlers in the house) eating seafood til I can't eat no more.

Entree was some garlic prawns just fried up quite simply in a pan in a bit of oil and lemon juice, Main course is a seafood laksa with fish, squid, mussels and more prawns. I also have a couple of oysters in the fridge and some smoked salmon trout that I prepared earlier. Later when the kids go to bed I got a couple of coopers vintage chiiling in the fridge and my guitar has been neglected lately and is calling me. Have to settle for headphones though

I'm only up to the laksa about half way through and I'm already full. Could it be My eyes were bigger than my belly? or will I get a second wind.
