For quick easy curry, this is yummers... You just need ya prawns, I used some onion too, chunky chopped in squares, added some Snap peas....Put in some cream...And Some Red Thai Curry Simmer sauce..

Cooking the ingredients...




I wanted to do it with rice, but went to cupboard and saw I ran out.. DOH!! So did some pasta...

All done.... Quick and Easy as..







To be naughty this for desert

love a good thai curry


love a good indian one too cooking a vindaloo at moment... 20hrs in the slow cooker.. should be ready for dinner tomorrow
I caught a fish that big last week that when i took a photo the Negative wieghed 4lb!!

deffinatly a curry lover myself, all types not fussy, a hot vindaloo del is close to the top, but a thai prawn curry aint far behind.
A good indian and malaysian resturant is Shankers on prospect rd cant remember the number, used to be on main north rd near north park shops.
Has any 1 been ?

Dubs, im a huge fan of Shankers!!!

and i love a vindalooooooooooooo!


i use to date an indian girl.. so got very addicted to the curries..
I caught a fish that big last week that when i took a photo the Negative wieghed 4lb!!

I thought surley some1 would have been there, very good feed. Everytime we go there we get a very hot vindaloo, you'll pay for it the next few days but it's the best!

Softy and i are vindaloo boys... hotter the better... more me than him.. but... ive taught him well

shankers is such a great place to dine cant wait for my next trip down there

We should have a strike hook vindaloo & or curry night up at shankers.

you should try the curry house around my way - the chicken tika entree is good tucker-the prices are good around $12 - only one draw back it is a take away . Oh yer i should tell where it is Para Vista shops Nelson road Para Vista Kwick Curry =by the way Sandy you tucker looks great
can ya please tell me where the fish arrrrr !
