Port Lincoln 18/6/09

Port Lincoln Jacqui Harding paid a surprise visit to her parents in Karumba recently. While visiting, Jacqui's parents took her out on their charter boat and she caught a range of fantastic fish. Spanish mackerel, Blue salmon and a barrel load of Mud crabs was on the menu.

Attached is a picture of Hayden Parsons from Kimba with one of the several fish he caught in the salmon comp. If there was a prize for braving the elements he would surely win as he has weighed in fish 7 out of the last 8 days.

Now for what was biting & where.

ELLISTON
One group of fishermen have been reported to have braved to wintery conditions and gone down to Locks well and have done very well on Salmon around the 1 to 3 kg size. Sheringa has also produced a few nice catches.
