archerfish 685
Go for the Dexter Russell - you won't be disappointed...
Lets Go Fishin 50
In my opinion you cannot go past the Marttiini range of fillet knives. They hold the edge well, feel comfortable in the hand and are not overly priced. If you are around the Christies Beach area, I will be happy to show you the range.RegardsSteve - Let's Go Fishin'
tiny 0
Hey lets go fishin, the best filleting knifes are the ones that are used in meatworks like Swibo ect, when ground flat you wont find a sharper knife, and remember to steel lightly
Wahoo 146
After going through a number of filleting knives over the years I'd have to agree with Let's Go Fishin, my current favourite is a 7" Marttini, also have a 7" Kershaw that's pretty good & a 6" who'se name I've forgotten for bait cutting duties on the boat. Sorry but I reckon you can't go past the sharpened bone handled butter knife for removing the Gardies rib bones!Wahoo
Ranger 48
Another vote for Martini. They also have a budget range.......look for the green handles. Still just as good a knife as the more expensive version.
