luke_westlakes 4
Holy moly thats a mega cod brenton, and let me get this right, you found him swimming on the suface so you graped him and wrestled him in the boat!!!! if that is what happend that is bloody awsome! lol

Brooksey_134 1
watch out cod theres a new croc hunter.... i mean cod hunter! :icon_e_surprised:
brenton 637
Ha ha,well she wasn't exactly 100% fit,at first i thought it was a log in the water and when i went over to investigate it went under so i thought "that was interesting"then i saw it come to the surface about 40 metres away so i jumped in and grabbed it by the bottom jaw and after a bit of a wrestle, swam it over to the boat.We couldn't lift it in so we towed it back to the shore and swam it for about 20 mins in the shallows but it was cactus and thought i should get some pics. cheers brenton

She measured in at 72.5cm, didn't weigh her unfortunately, but would have been around 15lb or so.Just love the awesomeness of these iconic Australian fish. Now to catch one out of the Murray. bigfish
