Ugly4Life 41 Posted February 2, 2012 Report Share Posted February 2, 2012 So I've been having some interesting discussions on this topic with a few customers lately.A lot of people won't take their dogs fishing with them as they think that the smell of the dog on your hands contaminates your bait and puts the fish off.What's everyones opinions? Do you have a dog? Do you take your faithful companion fishing with you or do you leave him home to guard the fort?Personally when I had a dog he came everywhere with me and I never seemed to catch less fish. Having her on board or even doing a landbase session has never effected the fishing for me. She is a great companion to say the least. I have a 6 month old heeler now but she's still a little crazy to take on the boat, a bit more training and she should be ok to come out. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
