Guest L3GACY
Between me and a mate we pulled in doggies, melbourne skate, smoothies and a 7 gill shark off of the brighton jetty last night. We used whole tommies, whole mullet, whole silver whiting, squid, pillies.

Guest Butters
Good work there LEGACY... Ninja - If you dont mind having a few ppl around you... try from any of the jetty's from Semaphore through to Brighton.. All these spots will hold sharks...
ninja 0
Don't know if I could handle all the people, What's the breakwater at North Haven like?Ninja
Guest Butters
i have also heard some reports from previous years about the sharks from the north haven breakwater.. you would deffinatly need a float set up to keep your bait away from the crabs though... Tennyson Beach would also be worth a shot...
Guest Butters
Are you going to be fishing the bottom or ballooning??
bennyboy 0
haven't really heard so much about sharkies off the NHBW but i can't see why not, plenty of bait in the area..have a crack off any beaches in the local area, or try from the local jetties. I think guru from the site had some luck a week or so ago off semaphore on sharks around 3ft so it might be worth a try.goodluck
Guest L3GACY
I think i heard something about a large bronzie being pulled in off the west beach area about a week ago. If its nearby could be somewhere to think about also.
The Guru 0
That sounds like a fair effort from brighton... I might have to give it a crack at those seven gills. The water lookks KILLER tonight I must say. I just got home from theb each then and caught a 10-13kg eagle ray. I reckon if I could get balloons off the beach it would be cracking. I'd say give brighton a shot. Semaphore is just s*** latley with doggies and crabs munching bottom baits. However two mates of mine cleaned up on 4foot + bronzies on friday night and saturday nights. So get in there
Guest L3GACY
doggies are a problem at brighton at the moment aswell
bennyboy 0
butters and i had a quick shot last night, just a quickie to see if anything was around. Nothing besides doggies and fiddlers  might give another month before we have a serious crack {SMILIES_PATH}/cool.gif
