Robo! 0
Hey guys I've really been eager to get for a fish this weekend but with this weather I might rug up with a bottle of port and watch Black Cavier spank the Poms anyways i was wondering if you guys could help. I was playing to do a trip down south heading down to Waits then on to Myponga for some squid but the questions is am i wasting my time with the water quality atm.? and should i just concentrate on waits?I'll most likely head out Friday after my exam
afishyfish 4
I'd be watching for large amounts of weed down at Waits atm, and LB squid might be a no go if water clarity isnt good

pirate pete 4
Water probably still will be murkingdown at Myponga. I was down there Wednesday and It was unfishable, biggest waves I've seen at Myponga and Rapid bay. I wouldn't of thought it would clear for a long while now. Waits would be my pick Robo!
breambo25 1
When fishing for squid it is best to wait for around 3-4 days after a big blow/ rain / storm. This gives the water time to settle back own and also means that the sun will have more time to evaporate the freh water sitting on top of the salt water which means you don't have to fish for squid too deep. Squid love clear water because it enables them to spot prey easily. Plus, during a storm squid tend to hide away and switch off feeding wise. Robo!
