fridge 6 Report post Posted August 4, 2012 decided id give some cherry wood a go on some muddy barradefrosted fillets(slabs)oops looks like golden snapper1/2 an hour later perfectamundo snapperthought id try pork belly spare ribs yesty from my local butcher craig,his ribs are generally lean,but this pig must have come from jenny craig40 mins cooked throughhopefully i pick the muddy barra today to see if it can over come the tasteany ideas on getting rid of the mud taste,the dogs didnt mind the stuff off the barby last time though :woohoo: Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
