Matt94 0
Hay guys, I am looking for any good yabbie spots in Adelaide and what bait would be most effective. Cheers
bent87 0
Slow flowing or Murray backwaters with dead carp for bait is the recipe. Closer to home, almost all dams creeks and rivers hold them. I've been doing quite well on deep shady pools of the bremner. Peace

samrota 1
Yabbs will almost eat anything. I have caught them on apple cores and banana skins!Scored some nice sized yabbies few Mondays ago out Mid North way using squid, salmon trout frames, and slimy maks.I think if the yabbies are around, then pretty much anything works. Even dry dog and cat biscuits work.
Live Fibre 1
When you said "Adelaide",I was thinking "CBD"......we used to get heaps years ago in the creeks / drains that ran through Victoria Park Racecourse, the South Parklands and Rymill Park on Rundle St,and in the Torrens near Channel 10..........meat on a string and a scoop net......those were the days..........35 years ago
Highfly 0
Not sure about the legalities but the wetlands from Mawsons to the port have yabbies in there
