bjorn2fish 4,612
A small amount of stickers are now available at Fishing Wholesalers at Lonsdale. More will be prepared soon and distributed around to other tackle stores.White and Black vinyl cut letters with the web address. They should last up to 8 years out in full sun and are also salt water resistant so should last for quite some time. Poppa Snake

Perhaps even get the "Cancer Council on board, could make it cheaper, and a % perhaps of sales goes to them, all this needs to be taken into consideration, as in my opinion, could keep costs down .... :woohoo: My 5c .....................................

CallopHunter 1
Hey guys any news on this front? I know you might be a bit busy with all the site updates but keen to get a S&H tournament shirt. Poppa Snake
Kayak Noob 76
I'd be happy to cough up a few $$ for a shirt and sticker to support the site that's helped me actually catch a fish
jackblack86 5
I'll be keen to get one of each - except the hat cos I don't think it'll fit over my hair. Just an idea, what about a s&h pack, x amount of dollars and in that pack you get stickers, hoodie, shirt and hats. By the sounds of it people are keen for any s&h merch (me included). In regards to handing over money, it sounds like a good excuse to meet at one of the many fine hospitality establishments throughout this city! Poppa Snake

bjorn2fish 4,612
Here's a start, hoodies and t-shirts come in a range of colours. Lighter tops would have darker text, darker tops lighter text.Sorry the pics seem to compress pretty crazily.
Jack. 10
Right Ill have one fat Black Hoodie with little textand one light tee shirt with little text...Thats if you dont have any better design idea's up yer sleeve!?
bjorn2fish 4,612
At the moment I'm trying to keep things simple e.g Shimano and Daiwa...Could do a sleeve option perhaps.
Jack. 10
Yeah where's that Fish Symbol gone with the hook in it, we could use that somewhere perhaps?? Poppa Snake
bjorn2fish 4,612
Was hesitatnt to use that as I found out it originated from clipart that is also used by SAFTAG

bjorn2fish 4,612
I don't actually mind the fish and we can use it.Something like this perhaps? Jack.
rooboy123 9
Don't mind the fish on the grey hoodie. Not sure how it would look on the black. Are the t's going to be double sided print ie: small text on the front, large on back?
CallopHunter 1
How difficult would it be to get a tournament shirt designed with our sponsor tags on it?? I would definitely buy 1 no...2!
bjorn2fish 4,612
I reckon we might have a few options, I'll have a look at things and put up a few ideas later on. I've done a test with a small logo on the back which looked pretty cool. I understand some like bold, some not too bold so a few options would be a good idea.Tournament tops, we can look at but wouldn't mind getting the t-shirts and hoodies organised first. I did hear at one point that a tournament top would probably cost over $60 to print.
CallopHunter 1
still cheaper than most tournament shirts around.Could use thishttp://www.bigfishgraphics.com.au/tournament.html
pauly s 426
the logo at the top of the page up the sleeve and id get 1sh.doc
Poppa Snake 1,399
I will need 2 of each BUT if they have the font at the top of the page I will have 0.Can get shirts at the markets with random graffiti on em for $5.00.Sorry my opinion only Chief
pauly s 426
probably wouldnt suit an older bloke like urself but sure the 10 - 35 could pull it off and rekon you would sell plenty of them.a group of us boys gt hoodies made up when we were younger and they had the writing up the sleeve looks great i think
Cleaver 65
I hope the "Shimano" on the sleeve was just used as an example. I would be happy to purchase some apparel with the forum sponsors printed on but not any company not affiliated with the site. Cheers. Poppa Snake
Wadey 4
I would definitely go a Tournament Shirt, think I said it before , definitely would like to see that old Fish symbol with the hook and I would proudly wear all the site sponsors on it as well. Lets promote them as much as possible as well as this site. The post from Callophunter looks pretty good ( www.bigfishgraphics.com.au/tournament.html )As for the price we can only get a quote as the more orders taken the cheaper when dealing with printing shirts . The site is a free site to use and the amount of info that you can get from Strike Hook is massive , if people don't know the answer on the site its probably not worth knowing so why not back the site and pay a bit of money to promote all the good work done by the founders of the site . Bring back the Old Strike Hook symbol !!!!!!!!!Just my opinion . Cheers Cleaver, Jack. and Poppa Snake
bjorn2fish 4,612
Think we'd have to buy a fair few of those tournament tops to get the price down their pre-designed tops are $89.95 each.A few examples of what we could do with hoodies and t's. I'll see what colours are available in the hoodies, t's there are heaps of colours available.Cleaver the Shimano and Daiwa hoodies were just a reference ;)Pauly we could do a sleeve option too, I'll work on getting these up and happening then look at a few other options after. Could even do the old logo for those who can't live without it. Cleaver and pauly s

jackblack86 5
even at $60 I'd get a tournament top too! Grey hoodie with large fish symbol looks nice.

Jack. 10
Thats a good idea mate - sounds cool.Oi Bjorn _ I will need a Beanie too mate dont know how they work but would be good if they were cheap and easy to sort. I would happily pay for a grey hoodie with small text and a black or white t-shirt with large text. And the fish logo is much better than just text :)I also like the little fish logo on the back on the shoulders too in the new ones.
