Tracker 0
We have been heading over the far west coast fishing for mully for a number of years now, but have only fished the beaches near Fowlers Bay and the Dog Fence beaches (east and west). I must say that the results have not been the best, so we have decided to give the famous Yalata beach a try and wondering if people have an opinion on what is the best camp site to book and why ? Mr_Willy 3
IMHO without a doubt its Jaxsons. Two nice sized holes out the front, plus you aren't sharing with anyone else - unless of course people come along in quads. Its reasonably sheltered and only a quick slide down one small dune to the beach...Its the only beach our crew pulled Snapper from, and we've got plenty of big Mulloway and sharks from right in front of the campsite... jamesclarke05 9
I was in the same position as you and have just returned from my first Yalata trip, its is much better than dog fence, we camped at tijiti but drove to different beaches depending on the days conditions, we pulled good fish from bobs, jaxons and geues, good luck Tracker
