pellipeeli11 0
Gidday all Im going to be in Adelaide for three days soon .staying in the Walkerville/Vale park area, I'm wondering if its worthwhile throwing some lures around in the Torrens River near there ( if there are any waterholes in the area ) .I imagine if there is any water it will only hold carp ? Any info appreciatedPeeli-peeli
Del 245
i wouldnt worry about lures too much... lots of carp... bait and wait is probably the best option... corn/bread.. light line.. small hooks. and some mud monsters..
Alexsfishin1 781
A few nice catfish live in pools around that area. I reckon give it a shot with corn or bread as Del said, you might get onto some good carp and catties!
smokeykebab 175
might find a rogue redfin up that way. squidgy wrigglers are worth a shot. the catfish take sps and carp have in the past on the rare occasion.
