I've never fished for carp out of my yak as I don't want them laying in the back kicking around. johnwalkley 24 Posted May 11, 2015 Author Report Share Posted May 11, 2015 I a self tied carp buggerer, orange marabou tail and wrapped up the body, some flash wrapped ribbed style up to the small bead chain head, a black hackle tied behind the head. Callop seem to be in the main river more, not so much backwaters, but the silvers move through in schools.. Fat cats attack the tiger worms mainly towards sunset in there, then the yabbies start marching. Only takes a couple of hours with 2 nets each to get a feed. Lemon pepper barbecued yabby......
