Made this one tonight with a few variations with what i had available. Used roughly 50/50 chicken mince/minced squid wings rather than pork mince, omitting the chopped tentacles. Also used Penang paste as that's what i had opened (didnt have any chives or lemongrass either). Went lazy and used sweet chilli insead of knocking up the dipping sauce.
