KIDNEY SLAPPER 1,272 Posted December 23, 2016 Report Share Posted December 23, 2016 xmas is hear and I've come across 3 kilo of crayfish (fresh). one is 2 kilo the other 1 kilo. my question is has anyone got any ideas on presentation in regards to making a crayfish platter for the family?? not only do i want it too taste great i would love it too look even better. any ideas would be very appreciated. keep in mind im a fishermen not cheif 😕 cheers KS Quote Link to post Share on other sites
