vincenzimus 0
my favourite crab recipe is to prepare the crabs and crack the claws and then dip the pieces into a mix of cornflour salt pepper some chilli powder chinese all spice and then to deep fry, im just struggling to find the right amount of time to deep fry the crab for ive heard that around 2 minutes is about right, does anyone know if this is correct? Ranger 48
Shoulda watched "Out of the Blue" on the weekend, coz this is exactly what the two Michaels were doing.A coupla minutes should be ample. It doesn't take long to cook small pieces of seafood, and better to take it out a little early than a little late.

Ranger 48
Still IN the shell Cal. Just quarter the crabs and crack the claws.
David Ciaravolo 34
I had soft shell crab (deep fried) at Wah Hing on Gouger St on Tuesday, you eat the shell and all, it was bloody AWESOME!!
vincenzimus 0
yeah i saw the show its pretty much exactly the ame except for the lack of chili powder, haha yeah when you deep fry it you can eat most of the cartilage inside the crab but im not really a fan of it although its texture is kinda like potatoe chips after deep frying, ill just have to keep going fishing i guess haha keep trying it
