Wilma 0 Posted December 20, 2007 Report Share Posted December 20, 2007 Ingredients (serves 2) * 1 tablespoon olive oil * 1 small brown onion, finely chopped * 2 garlic cloves, crushed * 1 teaspoon McCormick Lemon & Pepper Seasoning * 400g can roma tomatoes, chopped * 1 x quantity pizza dough (see related recipe) or 1 large prepared pizza base * 600g marinara seafood mix * 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese * 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsleyMethod 1. Preheat oven to 220?C. Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and lemon and pepper seasoning. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Allow to cool. 2. Place rolled dough or prepared base onto a lightly greased baking tray. Top with tomato mixture, seafood and cheese. 3. Bake for 15 minutes or until base is golden.
