I love my sashimi but this recipe is must to try and the tuna will melt in your mouth. You can cook it all the way through it doesn't dry the tuna out. Half soy, half orange juice a bit of garlic and honey, cook hot and fast. I can highly recommend this style of marinade for any big slabs of fish you plan on cooking steak style.
