Shitties in the port

Recommended Posts

G"day big fish,a good spot for them is the hot water outlet at Torrens Island. They can and do appear all over the place but in general they are very common there.A tip when using them this time of year if you get them from the hot Water outlet is when you get them to your fishing spot,is put them in your bucket ect and then pour half water from your spot in it.The reason is the HWO is very warm water, and if you put them straight out or into other spots the water is way colder and they shock a bit and arent very lively.Cheers B)

Thanks cal, might try and get them there land based before launching the boat, will fill the live bait tank up with buckets of water from there so when we launch the boat and turn live bait tank on the water and fish will adjust to the water as its flowing in. Cheers mate
