Rex 0 Posted April 1, 2008 Report Share Posted April 1, 2008 When using butter to panyfry fish try this first. put the butter in a glass or bowl and place it in the microwave. zap it for about 20 seconds or until the butter seperates into its curds and way. Pour the clear liquid off the top into your pan. dont use the other liquid on the bottom of the glass. it gives the fish a mich nicer taste. enjoy.Ceduna Rex. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
