jagger 24 Posted October 23, 2010 Report Share Posted October 23, 2010 Great on the barbie fresh or in the pan done in bread crumbs. Take your fillet off, grab the skin and simply pull. No need to scale or use theknife to skin. Won't last more than a couple of weeks frozen and yeah.. great bait for the toothies !! Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Ranger 48 Posted October 24, 2010 Report Share Posted October 24, 2010 I'm not a great fan of Snook, but when I do target them I cut them in half. The front half with all the ribs and guts becomes shark bait, and the back half goes into the smoker. They do smoke up quite well, and are relatively free from bones.
