Abalone White Wine & Cream

Easy dish to knock up, you'll need,3 abalone (whole meat)1/2 cup white wine1/2 cup creamtbl sp olive oilsalt pepper*sharp knife Slice abalone across into 2mm thin slices, heat pan add oil, add abalone meat cook on high for 2 minutes, pan toss lol, add white wine cook on high for another minute add cream turn heat down to simmer and let reduce till alcohols cooked out, around 5-8 minutesadd salt & pepper enjoy ; )
