  1. ive just come back from wallaroo and the wind and weather has been terrbile there is not one snapper to be seen or any fish for that matter a few crabs but yeh i owuldnt waste my time atm. u cant go past the fence line anyway they r doing repairs along the grain part of the jetty so yeh. if you arte going there the best bet is salmon at the end of the marina or a few mullet and whiting there but the winds blowing straight down the jetty and yeh i dont reckon its worth it for the next few days nyway.....Brayden
  2. i went to Rays outdoors at harbourtown and picked up a 2ltr hydration backpack for 20 bux. it has plenty of room for the tackle you need and places for keys phones etc, and u can still have fluid like water, goon, beer, or the harder stuff but its lightweight and comfyBrayden
  3. i know its not a plastic but i love using the halco spinner lures in chrome colour have caught some big snook on them down at port hughes jetty when the kingies werent on the bite :woohoo: but its great cause it looks like a baitfish and with a fast action they cant but just eat it all up Brayden

Ive got an shimano ET 7ft soft plastics rod bought it for $50 i reckon at big w, and i love it, its got a okuma quadrant 1000 reel and ive hooked up to some pretty big fish with it its nice and light and has a great feel and action to it.But however im planing on getting an ATC rod and rovex 1500 reel just gotta have funds to make this happen :)Brayden

  6. i tried it the other week down at a certain rock formation down at christies and had a few runs with no idea what it was could of been kingies or sambos not sure, guess i gotta wait to it gets warmer for the land based kingies to come in and give it a go since i have no boat
  7. ive had success with the mirror floats but these corks just give it an extra reflection in the water i and looks like a small school of bait fish and preadatorial fish be tempted to go and have a suss out.

Hey all ive come up with an simple idea that will hope attracting the bigger fish that are after the likings of flashing shiny flases in the water, for kingies etc. Ok the things you need are:CorksAlfoilstapler or gunsuper gluedrill and small drill bitlong screw or boltthese are the steps as follwed.Grab the cork and cover it in super glue.Take the alfoil and wrap it neatly around the cork tightly a few times, and then add a bit more super glue to the end of the alfoil to seal the end.Wait a few minutes for the glue to dry.grab your staple gun and place a few staples over the loose ends to kee
