I've got a mulcher you can borrow Bjorn, it's nowhere as powerful as Pangas but I only paid $30 for it so I don't care if it dies. I've mulched frozen squid, salmon frames and cockles etc and it worked pretty well. I like to throw in bran and pollard with a splash of tuna oil to thicken it up.

You're making me weep, again... I had thought about getting the Venom Death Adder re tipped, but probably wouldn't bother with the Dynamix. Need to look into who does that kind of thing and cost etc... Bugger that sucks! $10 for 9 top eyes and some hot glue from ebay should work alright and you'll have leftovers in case another tip gets snapped. Michael at hotfish down the port used to replace tips for about $5-10, dunno if the new owners still do it though.
