Had a load of salmon trout given to me one once by a young lad who had no idea what to do with them. Into the smoker they went. I let him taste the finished product and never again did he offer me salmon again. He went out and got himself a smoker ;D

mine was a small Tommy off the grange jetty. Am sure it was depressed and threw itself onto my hook :icon_lol: I was about 8yrs old if I remember back that far.
