i dont really bother fishing for sharks/rays but after last night... i think the bug has bitten :silly:

Brighton Jetty last night. Went out with Jimmy, he got a decent one up to the surface then it decided to bolt towards the jetty and snapped him off underneath.

Well after hooking into what felt like a decent shark last night and getting my mono bitten thru time has come to look at getting some wire traces. I dont know much about this stuff, so is there anything to look for, or look out for?

Carps - Thinking more Salt, more action most of the time. Tho i love camping on the river but the fishing is a bit of a let down... we plan to do a couple of trips up the river soon with the yaks.Brenton - Cheers mate will have a look on google maps and sus it out.

Well Del and I have been talking about places to go for more weekend fishing trips (open invite) Plan is to rock up on a Friday night and leave Sunday. Camping is a must and needs to be right on the water (or as close as possible) so does anyone have any good spots they would like to share? Closer to Adelaide the better but 2-3hr drive is fine, thinking Yorkes mainly.
