Totally agree that since it has left Wayville it has never been the same. After not going for a couple of years I thought I'd go along and have a look this year and sadly it hasn't got any better. I'm certainly not blaming the tackle shops here as I understand the cost of setting up is a big hurdle but seriously not having any major fishing tackle on display is a joke. Also the lack of boating accessories was also puzzling. :S The boats on display were fine but the lack of fishing tackle and boating accessories was a real downer not to mention the steep admission prices. :ohmy: I think next

Certainly recommend the Jap built Caldia Kix 3500 ! Also have a Shimano BTR 4500B and there's nothing wrong with that either ! Both very good reel manufacturers!

Graysy you are right this is 1 of the only ways to catch "jumping Mullet" but I am fairly sure that jagging fish with the method you described is actually illegal so don't get caught ! {SMILIES_PATH}/wink.gifAs for the Mullet mix - you can just picture a giant White Pointer licking his lips at the thought of a tiny morsel of minced meat! {SMILIES_PATH}/grin.gif {SMILIES_PATH}/grin.gif Thankfully commonsense has prevailed in this case. !I actually had a try for some Mullet down at Tennyson the other day and caught 10 Mullet although most of them were only just legal except for 1 real big 1. T
