I went for a spin the other day to try out The kg killa against the bushy bait legend, the killa is a 6 ft rod and has a longer butt on it with a great action, a great rod if you don't like to put your rod down and hold it under your arm style fishing The bushys bait legend I used was a "641goto" bit longer then the kg killa and has a shorter butt also a great rod The components on the killa are better Fuji guides & reel seat but the bait legend came with hook holder and sea guide,guide's and butt assembly Personally I preferred the length of the of the bushy ( also comes in a 2pce lon

All I use is circles when chasin the big chaps I use owner tournament inline 10/o's either running sinker or paternoster depending if we drift or anchor only the one hook with plenny of exposed hook 90% lip hook rate & you do get all sizes of fish even when using these larger hooks My other choice if we chase ruggers is gamakatsu 5/0 -6/0 circles,again only single hook with plenny exposure got Moggy23 to make me up a heap of 5/0`s I found in an old bag the other day Cheers and good luck 4THA

Hey mattfisho I have a mate that goes to Hornes direct, he is a pro & gets the boot part of his waders double dipped for extra wear as they get smashed walkin round on the non skid floors of the boats. Yep commandeered the bait legend for tha day had a good feel to it,plenny sensitive enough for the whiting and the white tip Is nice and visible saving my bottles and cans up to get myself one will put a 1000 sized reel on mine though, that's if I can get my rod and reel off poopa snake after taking possession of my out fit Cheers 4THA
  7. Funny that I have had the best season of blueys ever locally 2 nets half hour to an hour seen me get around 40-60 crabs ( with 2or more of us on board ) Some of the biggest I have caught as well Cheers 4THA
