I just normally buy mince or gents.......they catch mullet/gar/tommies.They catch salmon/mullies/snapper/crabs.......USSR is a happy chappy

Pretty much the same......I have an el cheapo from K-mart......I think it's "Force 10" brand.Done the job for me over the last 3 or 4 seasons without any fuss.Ran it over the week-end for a couple of 8 hour sessions. These days in the "throw away society"we have created,what's 10 or 15 bucks every 4 years or so? :woohoo:

The first legal one takes a damn long time to get,and you have done well to keep a diary for 6 years.Perhaps you need to "read between the lines" a bit more......lolGood luck.Ps............second one takes a long time too!

I reckon they're worth the extra $$$ I paid for mine.Most of my fishing is from the sands during winter,and haven't felt cold for the last decade or so.Mind you,they can be a chore to get on at times compared to the others......at my size,it's a bit like pushing a brick into a condom :ohmy:
