  6. This is a picture from the web site our boat. Double catch over midnight caught 4 then had to wait til 12 then caught another 4. Berley techniques were talked about height above bottom at different time of the tide, trace setup to minimise dogsharks and rays talked about. Some GPS marks around Ardrossan given to us but have not used them for years. Still use most of these ideas today just not marks.

  11. Definitely carpet as I'm a barefoot fisho.Our carpet is not stuck down at all just one big piece goes over whole floor pick it up after fishing and wash as required will stay wet under carpet if left down
  12. They may work but we purchased our boat from a guy who had one on the back and attracted at 17 ft pointer as well as fish. We promptly removed it. Did not want to see a great white sniffing the back of the boat. He may have been unlucky maybe others will tell a different story.

  14. as saltiga said about 5km out don't remember anything to special there broken bottom from memorymaybe it has scallops or just crabs there to attract the snapper or they just cruise through there on there way to feed?

  17. I work for one of the stevedoring companies and we bring quite a lot of boats off of theCar boats, coming in just last week a 28ft 2004 Cobia with trailer twin 225 yamie 4 strokes with about 100hrs on them nice boat i think the owner quoted around 60. If only.
  18. working on saturday but was thinking of bringing the kids down on sunday to pick up a few for bait and maybe a few to tryout on rangers recipes. What conditions knots,tides,wind direction are easier for the kids if this weekend is crap i'll try next weekend?Thanks for any tips
