hi guys, need abit of help finding a new light rod and reel for targeting salmon, whiting, squid and gar mainly landbased but occasionally on the boat aswell. i have about $150 - 200 any ideas?

what have you caught as a bycatch,i got a octopus on gents off semaphore jetty jagged a squid on ray bait and in a crab net and a starfish on ray bait.whats yours?

what combos do you have?i have a penn senator 9/0 with 600m of 80lb line on a ebay rod.
