I've been known to use dental floss tied to the balloon. When it's where u want it, yank it and the floss breaks

Just curious. How often do you guys get out and wet a line? I try to go at least once/twice a week. If I get time off, I like to hit it again, and if I'm really lucky, work takes me to places I can fish and get paid for it lol.Cheers, Ben

Lots of different sections there! There are 2 spots legally fishable, and lots of BIG carp in there.

I like the abu's, but LOVE my Okuma magnetix for beach casting. Great reel, but I can't use it anymore. Casts better than boyo's Abu 7000

Or, use 2x7/0 hooks about 8-10cm apart and rig your Livie so that the bottom hook is thru the shoulder and the top hook is nearer his tail. Less tangles, and some fish like to eat their prey head first
