definitely agree about the z-man grubs. almost all I use and ive caught plenty on them.

If it's a shimano, and a 2 piece, and the top half is stuffed good luck getting a new one. bloody impossible. I broke a raider and eventually gave up trying. waste of 120 bucks

My boss was in pt Vincent a while back, found a school of kgw and couldn't tempt one on cockle, squid or worms, all fresh. Put some pilly on the hooks and they got their boat limit quicksmart. had the feeding right up on the surface with the tommies at one point apparently.

Went to the pat last week, first time id been there. got a few bream up to 26cm and a 71cm mulloway. first one and i was pretty chuffed. all on the z-man grubs and 2lb leader

Have been catching some good bream over the past few days in the port on plastics. Had to tell off an old oriental bloke for trying to keep a 10cm bream. Walked over and asked him about it he said " sorry no english". Bugger that, a few stern words and he tossed the fish back( it swam away). Called fishwatch on him but didn't get a call back.
