  1. i got a great deal from the tackle shop on Brighton road near charlies diner. cork handled hollow graphite rod, perfect for throwing a few plastics.
  2. hi i was after a collapsible landing net for all occasions as mine snapped in two the other day. Any recommendations on a decent but not too expensive landing net, collapsible if possible.
  3. we were wanting to do a spot of trout fishing but this time not with baits. Any recommendations on a hard body lure or soft plastic?
  4. thanks yes best thing i ever did was get a good camera. Mine was $1300 with a twin lens kit, but worth every penny. I think you can get it for around $1100 now.
  5. wow!!!! thats an amazing pic, i love taking photos of the river with the dead trees, makes for a beautiful shot.I have a cannon 600D EOS, its very simple to use, although i would like to learn more about it, i must read the book haha.I can take hundreds and hundreds of photos without getting bored
  6. Stayed with some friends last week and camped on their friends property which runs along some amazing backwashes along the Murray river near Waikerie. The river is currently in flood and the backwashes are filled with water, birdlife and of course some good fishing All in all was a great few days of camping and enjoying life. Took some nice pics while i was there.Hope you enjoy
  7. Thanks, we do a lot of carp fishing around SA, and i am subscribed to jimbo on youtube, i have watched quiet a few of the vids and noticed that alot are not there now yes, i will keep an eye out for your vids, they are very good to watch.cheers again
