Thanks Ross i would be mainly finish outer harbor rock wall and a couple of times a year over the yorkes around port vincent/ wallaroo and port giles

Hey fellow fishers I am looking to purchase my first Stradic reel. I would like to use it to target snapper land based metro and yorkes. Any advice on which size reel and braid to use would be much appreciated. Any other recommendations would be very helpful. Thanks Michael

Thanks for the reply Kelvin sounds like it has been really hard to find good numbers of yellowfin this summer Hope next session things will improve. I haven't put a lot of time in this year targeting yellowfin due to the lack of sand worms at the location that myself and my Dad had always found a reliable source in past years:(. I have been giving surface lures ago of late but haven't had any luck with yellowfin only lots of ST's.vxman

Hey Milmo was nice to meet another S&H member out fishing. Looked like you were using sum nice looking fishing gear. Only problem when fishing the same location as piratepom you have to right next to him when he puts the secret berley in the water because the fish come from miles around for a taste. lol
