  1. I generally just cook them up "as is". Normally the heat will sort out most of the suckers and I really love the texture of the tentacles when cooked properly
  2. Following. Let us know how you go Mate... Very interesting concept
  3. Yeah, I'm also thinking that it sounds a lot like a ray
  4. They look absolutely killa Banga! Side note: where would a fellow small business owner find this waterslide paper? I'm thinking your signatures are friggen mint too
  5. Well done Mate ... I reckon I might stick to buying them also however
  6. The fertiliser might actually help to create a new breed of super maggot
  7. I tried breeding them once and am now officially banned from attempting to do so again at Guru HQ, upon the threat of immediate divorce. My wife is actually a decent looking bird and looks after me pretty well . . . so I reckon I'll leave it to you guys moving forward
  8. I thought I was going crazy as I searched every single topic in the forum back to 2016 At least I now know that is not the case, congrats Sykes
  9. Yep, I would probably go the snapper lead also lol. Still... A really cool idea. You've inspired me to have a play and maybe a couple of tweaks here and there
  10. 10 you say? I've got 7 so far... Gonna be here all night at this rate
  11. I did dabble in making a few prototypes over the years. Sorry Mate, we didn't end up running with them though due to lack of interest in the pre-development research side. Might revisit the idea one day though . . . sounds like Steve and Bobby at LGF have you covered though for the meantime
  12. Sorry Guys . . . I copied and pasted the title and it should read "How to make . . . from an ICECREAM LID" lol. Can't figure out how to edit it now EDIT: just found it lol . . . don't mind me, carry on
  13. Hey Guys. As many of you are aware, I am really trying to ramp up the videos of late. One of the things that is really bugging me lately is seeing people not necessarily doing the right thing when it comes to size and bag limits so this is our way of trying to promote the correct behaviors throughout the fishing community. I know that obviously most (if not all) of you guys will not necessarily fall into that category but thought I'd upload this one for those that may wish to use it as a how to guide to make some cool little measures up for yourselves The mea

  15. It's kind of my passive aggressive way of having an indirect crack at all of those who don't do the right thing Also hoping it helps those unscholared in the art of bait collection to learn a valuable lesson towards their future angling adventures 🖒
  16. Here we have a really quick tutorial on how to measure Goolwa Cockles / Pipis when collecting for food/bait. Please note that the current size limit in this area (Goolwa SA, December 2017) is 3.5cm minimum and the bag limits are as follows - 300 per person - 900 per vehicle (4 or more people) - 1200 possession (total allowed in storage/freezer) Keep an eye out for a new video coming shortly on how to make a basic cockle measurer out of an icecream container lid Don't forget to hit the "Subscribe" button to catch our new videos as they are uploaded and feel free to check us out on
  17. Firstly, MERRY CHRISTMAS to all of our fellow Hookers Thought I would share my attempt at a festive themed video lol. Here we try something a little different. Obviously we love our fishing/camping/4WD but in this video I try and get my craft on with our other passion . . . Beer The idea for these baubles came from a random ebay purchase whilst under the influence of said passion lol. Feel free to hit the "Subscribe" button to catch our videos as they are uploaded Enjoy.
  18. Whilst out crabbing with a Mate, he pulls out this submersible camera . . . no need to even check the nets with one of these, simply plug in the monitor and see exactly what is going on around your bait. Pretty sure I now need to invest in one of these for every net I own lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmPiAGjI9tI
  19. Looks great Chuck, awesome work Mate Glad you left the bit in of you filming us, filming you lol
