  1. Landed this pup down salts the other weekendnot sure about weight or anything but it was a good hour fight to the lip of the gutter.
  2. yeah pretty much you said it but what i do isskale the fish, and leave the head on and just take the guts out.the stuff it with lemon, butter and some basil and stuff lyk thatthe put lots of salt and peper on the top of the fish, so wen it cooks it soaks into the meat.the last my secret spice =D BUSH SPICES and ps. dont be shy with the bush spices :PAnd the wrap in foil and cook in a fire.
  3. Hey people,just wondering if any 1 could give me a recipee for salmon hoping to burley hard off the end of the breakwater for salmon, sharks and anyhting else that wants to come around a good recipe would be much appricioatedcheers luke
  4. Hey just thought id put 1 up caught on a metro beach.not to sure of the weight but would be close to 15-20kgs.
