thanks fellas. I caught a couple nice bream the other day at the murray mouth and have them ready to eat but I figured if I could turn them into a mulloway it would be better. cheers.

how far south do yfw go?? I fish at Goolwa but do they come as far as victor??

hey tinker I caught a bream today at the mouth that was 45+....

ive tried soft plastics of the boat ramp and bait from the boat a couple times. never bream but a couple s/t from the boat.

Hey Bates.. there have been a fair few gummys caught at Goolwa the last couple weeks so they are on the bite if that helps!! I think they are more towards the mouth though.

The beauty is I'm south of Adelaide so I'm gonna smash along the goolwa beach to start with then start heading to salt creek and also I hear the bluff at victor is a go for some ballooning if I can get an offshore wind!!From what I understand I can fish anytime in these areas so I'm heading out during next week to have a crack!!
