    Hi Moe,Give Port Soutar a go. Follow the Port Soutar Rd down to the beach. It's quite safe for the young ones and you'll have a reasonable chance of catching something. I'd try cockles or worms. Good luck.

    Not sure if you guys ever got an answer, but I've always used crab bait holders and they are great. I use various bait depending what I can catch - trumpeters, Tommy's or squid heads. They are quite robust and have lasted about 10 years so far.
