finatic 1 Posted May 4, 2008 Report Share Posted May 4, 2008 Unsure about the pylon thing, but, as a land owner to river frontage, if you have a floating pontoon ie houseboat access of boat tie up etc you will be charged an annual fee & have to register it with Marine & Harbours.
