Gday all im wanting to know how exactly to rig some polystyrene to suspend my baits in surf to keep away from pesky crabs. Do I put a piece on hook leader close to bait or a distance away and how do I fix it in place. Never done this before but ive been hammered by the crabs plenty of times and lost lots of bait to the buggers. Cheers for any advice

Hi all im heading to salt creek in few weeks and am wondering what a good castable shark bait might be. I know fresh is best but if I get no luck catching a fresh slab fillet whats the next best thing to grab on way out there. My first time so any advice be great. Cheers

Hi all am heading to salts at end of month and planning to fish hard through the night. But ive never done this before. Is it just as simple as casting and hoping ur in the zone and keeping contact with ur rod or can u glo stick ur rod tip throw out and see what happens. Guessing u need to find ur gutter during the day. Can just see me constantly reeling in to recast coz I will have no idea where my baits landing

Hi there im heading down to salt creek end of month and was thinking of casting out some big baits for anything toothy swimming by. Is it worth trying or just stick to the usual baits. Like to know of good berley mixes too if u can help. Never really had any luck down there out of the 2 times ive been. So I must be doing something wrong. Am good at catching sand crabs down there though
