pescados 1 Posted March 12, 2009 Report Share Posted March 12, 2009 Do you have a 2 - 3 piece rod where the joint is a little looseand top section turns when casting and eyes don't line up ??I have found that electrical insulation tape is to thick but plumbersthread tape is ideal.Mine was a little loose so at the male end put on 4 turns of thread tape each turn slightly overlapping then put back top section and nowhave a nice tight fit :)Eyes line up and no probs of top section taking off after the sinker :icon_e_smile: Quote Link to post Share on other sites
