Guest undertaker
I have a Live Fibre 7' 15 / 24kg that I use for that sort of thing....a nice stick indeed from the rocks......from the jetties use a Live Fibre short stroker 24 / 37kg at just 5'4".From the sand, don't really target sharks or rays, but they seem to be a "by-catch"......the MT 8144 does a pretty good job......unless they're just TOO BIG ......I know that they hurt on a 12 footer sometimes :PPerhaps 9',the leverage equation would work too much in favour of the shark / ray ?......especially being from an elevated platform.Just my thoughts though.....we're all different
