Beacon 19, what to look for?

Hey boys,Gonna hit up Beacon 19 this week, or weekend,And my question is, what would i be looking for on the fish finder? ie water depth? flat bottom? for the places to fish....Itll be my first trip outside the Murray River,So just after some basic general advice please,Iam assuming itll be mullet mainly at beacon 19?Cheers
