Are Zebra Fish Anygood to Eat?

I have been catching heaps of Zebra Fish around Port Lincoln can anyone tell me if they are good to eat?

Depends how hungry you are SF, I guess !Only 1 I ever ate was very dry and chewy with very little on the bones, unless I just caught a very old skinny one

Hi,i catch them all the time while rock fishing and they are really great eating IF ....you skin them.We eat them raw as sashimi , fry them up etc...all good but the skin must be removed.I have been catching them up to 1Kg recently and boy do they put up a fight on light line at that size!Monkey

In my opinion the rocks they live around taste better and are easier to catch

you need to cook them slow.... and add an old well worn work sock into the broth... simmer slow for 2 hrs, then throw everything away except for the sock and eat that.
