  1. i think your story puts it in perspective... i rather someone cast a rod infront of my place than set fire to trees or deface my car. KIMO should count himself/herself lucky.
  2. KIMO,Your analogy is flawed. If some one is standing in your yard fishing, then yes you have the right to tell them to bugger off. However, if someone is fishing from public property they have as much right to be there as you. The issue of excessive noise and mess can be dealt with by calling the police as anyone else would do if they had people running amok in front of their house at night. If you have lived in the vicinity of the lake for the past 30-40 years, I would have thought you would have known about the issues surrounding activities at the lake and chosen to live somewhere else.
