The Right price.. is what ever the owner is willing to pass it off for at the time of enquirie..just my way of thinking. ive picked up some absolute bargains on forums previsouly. but also seen some down right insulting offeres given to good people. but if you refer back to my first sentence.. i reckon you cant go wrong..the right price...nowis vastly differente to the price that is right at the time of sale.

have to agree with that for sure... mate was asking 60 grand for his vette, and was WELL worth it....he ended up selling for 39 grand... thats what he needed to start the builder on his new house.i cant wheel nor deal to save myself... ive tried it, and only once can i say ive got a true bargain... that was a mth ago when i got my nissan terrano...the week before it was listed at 6200... i picked it up for 3950

It's easy for people to judge so dont take it to heart mate!!

KING of the rude offer is my bro in law.... he spied an old cortina a few years ago...ran well, asking 1500.... took for a drive, and was just what he was looking for for fishing."WATCH THIS" he said to me...offered the blokd 350 bucks....AND HE TOOK IT....i thought it was a bit rude, but paint me green and call me gumby...he had it 12 mths, then got 1200 for it on a trade in.

Roknev I think it may have been absolute charters that you speak of. My mate ryan runs it. He sees food and beer as his minor expenses and asks you how much you want. He sees 1 carton per person per day as an exceptable amount. With out getting to pissed.Even though he is a mate i can truely say his is the only charter in SA that i have been on that i was 100% happy with.Ryan really does go that extra mile but you do have to remember sometimes they fish dont want to play ball.It is also YOUR responsablity to research and ask the charter where you will be fishing and the tides YOU booked it on. Charter operators can not tell your level of experience over the phone.

nope...just rang him and asked...definatly WHY NOT ...heres some pics...Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted Image

  5. wasnt me involved, but a workmate...he went on a charter a few weeks ago...BIG boat... 3 night charter 150kms off shore for 1500 bucks per person...and he said he had the BEST FISHING HE HAS EVER HAD.fully laid on for food and beer....infact the challenge was to get back to the ramp with no BEER LEFT ON BOARD...SOMETHING THATS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE.and that couldnt do it either...and they are some serious drinkers.i think the charter was called WHY NOT...operates from coffin bay (s.a.)mate will be going again next year...this year he was very lucky and they had 3 nights of dead flat water.....

  6. thought of going to lighthouse tonight,at least i will get a mega cast with the wind the way it is...but ive not caught a decent fish from there for many years...i need a big wind from the sth to fish where i like.... really stirs the bottom up, and more chance of a bigger snapper...

  7. not a bite...we sitting IN the rain, wearing waders and getting eaten by mossies.... might try again eother monday night or tues morning,IF its blowing a mother from the south...ive never had much luck when its a north wind... ive caught good size (over 60cm ) in dead flat, and about the same size in howling sth winds... but a north wind ive never really done any good...by far the best is one time last year... baited up and cast into 8ft waves.rocks were slippery and waves crashing in.... landed a 73 and an 84cm snapper in 2 casts... i used ONE tommy for bait, and it took a total of 12 mins fishing time.i left home at 5:30, and was back at the ramp cleaning them at 6:45. could have stayed and tried for little ones, but i had what i wanted for the christmas BBQ at work, so i left them biting.

  8. some nice snaps to be had there.... arounf this time last year, i was on jetty catching cuttly.bloke i know came up, and asked me wtf did i want them for."snapper love em" so i told him to get a cutlly, and try a spot... ive cought small snapper there from the rocks a few times, but nothing decent for mant years.its about 10kms AWAY from where i fish...sneaky me.seen him on the jetty the week later, and he was drunk....his birthday.kept hugging me, then he showed me his phone...WHERE I SENT HIM, HE LANDED A SNAPPER FROM THE ROCKS.. 10-11 KG....D'OHthis is the fish he landed....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PML_XsS-YCo

  9. wont see ya...heading black point area.... normally this time of year doesnt produce snapper over there.... too many damn cuttlies. as soon as bait hits the water they onto itbut we might be lucky... have lnded some nice fish this time of year if they happen to be close in feeding on the cuttlies.cant catch nothing in bed.

  10. took the bar i made off, redrilled the nudge bar, so now the rod holder sits better and will get the rods closer to the roof...AND as a bonus...i can now open the bonnet with everything still attached..will test it in the morning at 5am when me and eldest bro heading rocks for snapper.then it will be taken off so i dont kebab anyone.not going to worry about fitting the roo bar i got given to me....not that hard to make some brackets up to attach it, but i dont like the idea of having to take off the front bumper, which has the headlight washers in it, will also mean i will have to cut the roo bar, so i can fit the indicators...

  11. my old vette....1974 worked 400ci(6.6lt) HEAVY on juice... check a beachie was 10 bucks...NO KIDDING.took it to pt niel one time...2 1/2 tanks of juice there and back.entered it in 3 car shows....2nd 70-75 car, and the local car show it picked up a 1st for best 70's car...against 4 other vettes...Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted Image
